The Mommy Makeover is our most popular procedure. The Momy Makeover Includes: Tummy tuck and liposuction of the abdomen, Breast lift and/or augmentation. These two procedures reverse the permanent changes that occur to all women during pregnancy. Other simultaneous procedures may be added to the Mommy Makeover such as:
Liposuction of the arms or thighs
Tubal ligation (sterilization) procedure
Buttock augmentation or sculpting
Vaginal tightening
Face lifts
Hysterectomy (if medically indicated)
Recovery time for a Mommy Makeover is the time needed to recover from the tummy tuck (2-3 weeks) regardless of how many other procedures are added to the tummy tuck.
Case 1: The lady shown here is a 58-year old Asian lady from Kenelworth, Illinois who had a Mommy Makeover with saline implants. She has only been pregnant once and gained 10 pounds, but required a vertical C-section 28 years ago.
Prior to surgery, she was able to maintain a size 4 figure and is in excellent aerobic fitness. However, pregnancy causes permanent extra skin and drooping of the breasts and abdomen. No amount of dieting, mm1400exercise or liposuction will remove the excess skin created during pregnancy. Also, pregnancy permanently loosens the body’s support layer (fascia) which can only be re-tightened with surgery.
In the case shown here, the patient elected to have a Mommy Makeover, so as to
reverse the pregnancy effects. In her case, the tummy tuck was $5,000, liposuction of the flanks, abdomen and love handles was $2,500 and breast augmentation with saline implants was $5,500. Total cost of Mommy Makeover was $13,000.
After surgery, she is still a size 4, but has a completely different size 4 figure: The excess skin of the breasts and abdomen have been removed, and the structural layers (fascia) have been tightened. This latter step creates the hour-glass figure of the abdomen.
Dieting, exercise, laser tightening from our MedSpa and liposuction alone can not create this hour-glass figure.
