MLP Hands

The average skin thickness is 1.5 mm. Lasers skin tightening penetrates to 6 mm, well beyond the thickness of the skin and into the supporting tissues of the skin (subdermal collagen layer).

Case 1: For light penetration (such as hands), gentle, low beam frequency settings are used. For patients who have volume loss of the hand, in addition to loose skin, fat transfer to the hands may be used in conjunction with MLP.
